Hi. Anyone have any info on the garage door latches not locking? Motor is making a loud buzzing noise when I turn the key to the open position. Door won't latch to close. Seems to be stuck in the open position. Any thoughts or info?

I have had to lubricate my latches a few times and that cured what you are talking about.

Did you happen to get this fixed and if so how? We are experiencing the same issue right now on the road.
