Valor ramp/garage door latch

Hi. Anyone have any info on the garage door latches not locking? Motor is making a loud buzzing noise when I turn the key to the open position. Door won't latch to close. Seems to be stuck in the open position. Any thoughts or info?

Just got back home after another outing. Only 1 side latches on mine. Been a fight on that door since day 1. Dealer says cannot replicate. I spent 1/2 hour cussing it at campground and finally gave up. I will dive into it more at a later date.

I brought it in to a repair facility. Said it needed new actuators. I ordered them from alliance. Waiting on delivery to repair shop. Hopefully that will fix it.🤞

I could get one side or other to latch but not both.

Same was happening to me, but 1 wasn't enough to hold. I had to strap the door from the inside to transport. I ordered 2 actuators

What was $$$ on the actuators?

$82 complete w shipping for 2. If it's the same door as mine. They need info off the door itself. There should be a tag somewhere on the frame.

Hello... my key to ramp door turns and no sound from actuators and ramp will not unlock. All works inside with yellow pull cord and closes and locks.

Woukd it be just the cam lock? I will check csm lock with volt meter. Can someone provide photo to where actuators are located?
