Valor A/C condensation

Bought a new 2026 Valor 44V14 and the bedroom a/c keeps dripping condensation on the bed since day 1. First thing is the freeze sensor was in the wrong place. Still happening. Checked flow, amps, and taped up daylight they missed. Still happening. Considering I may have to remove the noise dampening block to improve flow. Any other ideas for this crap?

You've posted 5 times, and all 5 are complaints. Did you do a PDI before taking delivery? Feels like you need to document your issues and make an appt with your dealer.

Just looking for input from the “community”. Thought it was an open forum. I will find another venue for future posts. The dealer was not set up in a way that many of these could be thoroughly inspected. My mistake.

Try removing the block if it Impedes airflow, make sure your bath vent is shut(source of outside air if fan not running). I do get some condensation, but no drip, if I use anything but high fan. I like noise when I sleep, so high fan constant On.

Any chance you can inspect your duct work for collapse that would be restricting the air flow.
I assume that your bedroom ac is a ducted design that feeds other areas as well(bathroom).
