Using bed with slide in

Can I use the bed (on slide) with the slide in without damage?
Looking at it, it seems I could support the foot of the bed with some 2x4's. Would this prevent damage to the slide?
Heck, I am thinking I could use carpet on the bottom of the 2x4's or use rollers and leave them on full time, Is my thinking flawed?

The bed is fine to use while in, however the kitchen and door side slides should not be walked on while not extended.

I ask the same question to the service folks and they recommended NOT to sleep on the bed while it was in. I have a 2023 Paradigm 295MK.

Not sure why? In the video, Bill said you can sleep on the bed without it being fulling extended...but to keep a lot of weight off the end of the bed. The 340RL is perfect for this. Open slide enough to get in and you're already on the middle of the bed.
