USB Plugs

Hello All:
I’m Charlie and new to the Alliance Owners Forum. I purchased a Paradigm 310RL in Feb 2023 and love it.
Have any of you had an issue with you ISB Plugs. None of my seem to have power and I’m not sure they ever have. I couldn’t find any info on the USBs in the paperwork nor could I find an associated fuse.
Any ideas?
Thank you
Charlie

I have a 2024 310RL as well and haven't had any issues. I did see on some of the FB pages to check to make sure the wiring is correct. A few folks mentioned they were reversed and just switching the wires on the outlet solved the issue.

Thank you for your reply. The issue is none of my USB plugs work. Maybe all of them are incorrectly wired!!
Haha well let’s hope not (or maybe hope so so it’s an easy fix). I’m not sure the fuse it’d be on or whether it’s on the 12v or AC power side. You could always reach out to Alliance support for help troubleshooting. I’ve found them to be a big help just in the troubleshooting area on what/where to look.

Just getting ready to take the camper out for the 2nd time since we bought it....discovered not only do the bedroom USB not work but also the one in the kitchen and two in the living area. There is 12 volts present at all plug connections but the outlets are dead. Hoping to get Alliance to send me some replacements.

We had a problem with a few of our USBs not working in our Delta 292RL. I noticed this on our first trip, so I called alliance and they sent out a couple new USBs. So I wired the first one exactly like the old one....big mistake! After connecting the last lead I heard a pop. I found that it was wired backwards, hence the reason it didn't work. So before I installed the next, I checked the polarity before wiring on the others. All of my USBs all work just fine now.

I had a few that did not work. I found the connector did not properly slice the wire insulation and make proper contact.

If it was that way from factory, wouldn't the fuse have beed blown before? I think blown 12v fuses are indicated in the fuse box by a red LED light.
I'm not saying it wasn't wired wrong...mine were not working at delivery, but they were simply never connected. The wires were there, just laying in the cabinet (not stripped)

The 15 amp DC 12v fuse didn't blow, which surprised me as well, but all that means is it took less than 15 amps to blow the USB. I just heard a little pop when I wired the replacement up. I had 2 wired backwards. All work fine now
