Hello. We just bought a new 2025 Valor 44v14. Multiple issues. Got an official diagnostics form for the fridge that needs completing, Alliance said, for warranty work not wondering if anyone has one for water leaks and lights not working (under belly accents never came on, and pantry lights did on walkthrough but can't get them back on now), as I have a repair guy coming to diagnose this afternoon. TIA

You could try checking with alliance for tech in your area, Alliance worked with us when under warranty with mobile techs. They have sent us parts on road while under warranty and after that we paid for. We are full time so cannot leave at dealer for weeks. Just give vin number when contacting alliance with photos or videos.
We are FT too. No local tech or dealer have the fridge parts (Lippert doesn't even!) but Alliance did say they might have them and if not the dealership we bought from might ship us one from another unit: we'll see once we have official diagnostic. We had the board and fan go out on our norcold and Alliance was able to get the board and fan when other online suppliers did not have at that time not even norcold authorized dealers.We are FT too.
