Under the steps for air intake

We have a 2026 Paradigm 370FB. Under the stairs is the air intake for the under belly/basement. This is huge opening with slates and is the basement door is open bugs can get into the living area. We are putting a screen made for windows/doors over this opening to prevent bugs.

This is a suggestion for future builds.

It's the furnace return air source so if you're not using the heater it can be completely closed off to aid the air conditioners.
