Real trucks Retax pro taunaue cover is best I have had and I have hade several different ones.

Hello! Is anyone using a Gatortrax manual retractable cover with a gooseneck fifth wheel or any other tonneau cover that doesn't interfere with the gooseneck on tight turns? We have a 2025 Chevy 2500 HD diesel with the short bed, and a 2025 23ML. Looking to install a tonneau cover, preferably one that can lock while at campsite.

I have the RealTrucks cover too, but with a B&W traditional fifth wheel hitch. I am installing the Gen Y gooseneck hitch in a couple of weeks when I get back from a cruise. I really like the Peragon (
https://www.peragon.com/shop/covers/Ford/F-350/2024). I'm also concerned with clearance and have emailed the manufacturer for the overhang dimensions. I'll include their entire response below but the Landmark cover has a 1" vertical rise and protrudes horizontally into the bed space by 3" on each side. I like this cover as it light, durable, removes in 30 seconds (full bed use), locks, can be locked in partially open positions, really reduces water intrusion, and only takes up 7" of bed space. But, it is pricey for the platinum edition. Once the Gen Y is installed I'll take some measurements at different turn angles to establish clearance. If the Peragon will work, I'm ordering it. If not, then I'll either continue on with this cover or email other manufacturers for the dimensions.
