We have a 382RK. The toilet in the full bathroom keeps clogging up with toilet paper. We’ve tried everything to keep it from clogging, and it still does. I put plenty of water in the tank. Very little water in the tank. Changed toilet paper brands to a fast dissolving brand. Fill the toilet bowl with water before flushing. Even trying to use less paper. Nothing works. It seems like the paper is getting stuck just before getting to the tank. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
Is this a Macerator Style or just a gravity model? (I assume gravity based on your post)
If it is a Macerator style, many folks have found issues with the way they are wired from the factory. There are many posts here, just search by Macerator or maybe toilet.
If it is a gravity style toilet, it sound like you have some sort of restriction within the plumbing that the paper is getting hung up on. You could contact a plumber that has a pipe camera and have them snake it down the piping while talking video. Or you could invest in a cheap inspection camera( endoscope) from amazon @ 20-30 dollars that would hook to your phone and snake it yourself.
While it didn’t cause a issue for us, we did find a tank cut out blank, when we drain our tanks for the first time.
