My wife and I of 41 years have had several rv's. We camped with our kids growing up and created some of our most fondest memories. Once the kids grew up and moved out, we found ourselves looking for new adventures. We had a nice travel trailer but had always wanted to try a 5th wheel. We started our search in 2023. Attending RV shows and stopping at dealers during our travels.
One day I came across a Bill Martin video on YouTube. "Whatcha you know Wednesday" How cool that a top management level person was putting them self out there. I spent months watching videos on Alliance and other brands. The one that kinda sealed the deal was the factory tour video with Josh the RV Nerd. I watched that video several times. Finally I convinced my wife that Alliance should be at the top of our list. We had seen a couple of 32 RLS units at campgrounds. Loved the clean look. Finally in Dec of 2025 we made a deal on a 2026 32 RLS. Picked he up Jan 16th and named her "Macy Belle" after our granddaughter. I had a list of things I wanted to do on this unit. I added a Renogy 2000W inverter with the Li Time 280 Ah lithium battery. Very easy install with the factory installed inverter prep package. Planning on utilizing Harvest Host this year during our travels.
We finally was able to take our 1st trip of the year this past weekend. The 32 RLS pulls fantastic behind our F-350. A great weekend of camping and relaxation. We have several long trips scheduled this year. Looking forward to many miles with this unit.
IMO the big plus with Alliance is their customer service in which I've utilized a few times. Being a DIY kinda of person, its helps when you go get great information with an email or phone call. Thanks to Matt Greene for calling me back early on to answer a few tech questions. Actually was able to meet Matt at the Indy RV show.
I really think Alliance understands its customer base. No RV is perfect. Alliance seems to be trying its best to build it right the first time. My philosophy is, its not a problem unless you can't fix it. Very few items to fix on this unit.
Thanks Alliance!
