Stickers on furniture

I am having an issue with removing the remnants of the glue that was used for the stickers on the dresser. I have tried goo be gone, alcohol and general cleaners and the top is still sticky. There are two more stickers on other painted surfaces I have not removed yet due to this issue.

be sure to try a small area first with whatever you use. some chemicals will eat into the finish on the cabinets whatever they are made from. proceed with caution. good luck

Have you reached out to Alliance with your question?

A mechanical, rather than solvent, solution might be to try packing tape on the residue on the dresser. Sticky will adhere to sticky and pull off. The old saying of “fight tape with tape” works in a lot of cases.

I had the exact same issue. Tried soap and hot water, many different cleaners, but eventually got some goo-gone and it worked, but still needed some elbow grease to get it all off. Mainly just took time and patience. Hoping Alliance switches the type of stickers they use for the future.
