You will need measurements from your 5W and truck as well as the adjustment height settings of your hitch.
I designed this spreadsheet using Apple Numbers so it will look best there.
After exporting it I tried to make it look acceptable in Excel but no promises.
There are additional sheets in the ".numbers" file that may be of interest but will have to be edited for your truck/trailer.
