I had the same issue. Removed the hot water side swivel elbow and found the beige gasket was blown. Called everywhere to find a gasket, finally chose an RV shop. They have a bin full of them at 99 cents. Used a pick to remove it and pushed in the new one. Screwed it back onto the faucet male threads. Works good again. The problem appears to be too much strain on the PEX fitting that screws to the faucet because of the wall thickness of shower. If there was an extension that could be added to the white male faucet threads of 2-3", then attach PEX barbed ell to it that would sure help.

One other thing I am learning that is not mfr specific but travel maintenance is that after a trip or so, especially if you were traveling over rough roadways, is to check with your hands all the plumbing adapters that are threaded for tightness. Just a semi firm twist will keep the leaks at bay. I mean the drains under sinks, shower (especially), and hot and cold faucet connections. We found minor leaks from loosening. Same with screws outside around the pin box in the white covering under the bedroom. They seem to unscrew and need tightening often. I am gonna get some threadlock for those when I get home.
