SOLVED - Furrion DC Refer not working

I have the same issue. Freeze works like a champ but fridge is set to coldest and it's right around 60. Is this normal?

No it is not normal. I spoke with my dealer service center. They told me it's not normal. I went through all the different reset procedures, nothing worked. Freezer is -10 and refrigerator is stuck at 58 . I'm taking mine back August 1st for them to look at it. But after scouring the internet. It seems like this is not a common problem but a known problem and from what I hear there is no fix they just have to replace the refrigerator with a new one. I will definitely come back here and post once they tell me what they are going to do.

I'm not sure if that would be the quickest. Can you not take it back to the dealer you purchased from? Trust me I'm not a fan of having to drive almost 2 hours back to where I bought mine from. And I go camping once a month minimum. I'm on the fence on whether or not to not even bother and put a residential refrigerator for $350 in. I still have my grand design that I haven't sold yet so I figured I would give the dealer a chance to get it fixed. It's a Furrion problem not Alliance.

I'm in southern california. I wont have an appointment for months with a dealer. I know a mobile tech that has performed warranty work for Alliance in the past..

That's horrible I hate to hear that. I'm in Georgia. I look forward to hearing what your mechanic says I'll let y'all know what my dealer says. I take it in on Thursday. I chose this dealer to buy from they had great service reviews so let's cross fingers. I'm hoping they just replace the fridge and everybody just get to go home.

Furrion sent out a replacement Thermostat. It did not help. I'm leaving in 4 days for a 6 week trip and need a fridge. Still don't know what is wrong.

Check the seals around the fridge doors and freezer doors? Mine have a tendency to not seat properly and if that happens the doors don’t seal and fridge heats up.

I have a Ever Chill Fridge BCD-455WTE-B-04H in a 2024 Alliance 44v14 (Purchased new April 2024 and Fridge/freezer stopped but we hear the compressor. Dealer checked voltages, and installed a new circuit board today... it looked it started cooling but stoped immediately.

The compressor is working. just not cooling the fridge or freezer
