Slide will not open

My 2021 310rl kitchen slide will not open. When we arrive at our detonation the bottom of slide was out 1-2 inches. We were able to push it back flush but it will not move. Any suggestions please.

Yes it is level and we were able to get to other slide out

So, are your 2021 dinning room and kitchen hydraulic operated? A pump is required to produce the hydraulic pressure to move the slide.

Thank you, We will try working on this again in the morning when we have daylight on our side and a bit more rested after a very long travel day today. Is the kitchen/tv slide a hydraulic slide or an electric slide ?

On our 2024 310 RL the kitchen and living/dining slides are hydraulic operated. You should hear a loud pump sound when operating either. If you don’t hear the pump activate when trying to extend the kitchen, then you would need to chance a electrical circuit issue.

However, you mentioned that the slide was out a few inches upon arrival. In my mind, this would support a leak in the hydraulic circuit or a by passing hydraulic cylinder or control valve.

As a work around, you might be able to turn the drive mechanism that connects the two slide arms manually with an adjustable wrench to slowly work the slide out.

Yes we finally got it out.
Thanks for all your help. We tried all the items you recommend and the slide would not move. A clerk at the Rv park recommended a mobile RV tech. He came out and within 5 minutes located the problem. The nut that holds the slide cylinder fell off and the rod dislodged from the steel plate on the slide. He replaced the nuts tightened it up and it worked.
