Slide Retract issues.

Have a 2021 38V11. When retracting the slides it is straining very much . Sometimes the overloads stops it and you wait to reset it. Sometimes it walks in one side at a time. the kitchen has caught the closed pantry door handle a few times and we have to stop and put it back out. Having a 2nd person push from outside helps getting it started correctly and thing go smoothly. I found this video and it shows exactly what Both my large ones look like. Alliance sent him a fix for it and you can see it worked on the video. It essentially added 3 additional compression rollers to help the 2 existing compression rollers on each end. I contacted alliance asking about these rollers and shared the video. I got a case number and then the reply was they no longer offer these LIfted rollers. Mine are compression rollers just like in this attached video. I found some other compression rollers but they do not have the mounting lip like the ones in the video. Any one else having the issues in this video? Any help on this would be appreciated.

Update: I could not find the compression rollers in the Video . I purchased new rollers and compression blocks. the new rubber compression blocs are double the size in length. I jacked up the slide and cut the insulation form underneath and removed the 2 1/4-20 phillips screws and puled the old rollers out. the nylon rollers them self are in good shape. I decided to just replace the compression blocks instead. Note I tried to just remove the rollers bolt and get the old block out but that was impossible and is why I made the cuts to remove the entire roller device. After replacing the compression blocke I was able to slide the slides in and outwith no issues. No more 2-person job packing up. Do you know if you have a Schwintek gear drive or a BAL cable drive? Both click when they fail but the fixes can be much different.
Many on the forum have found themselves in your shoes and can give sound advice.

Hi Tony,
Congratulations on your first post! Sorry it‘s for an issue you are having.

Specific details and pictures are always helpful to provide some context around your issue.

As Kevin asked, the slide type would be helpful to know so members could share their direct experience on a given component.

Many of us are having issues with the BAL Exact Slide presently, but I am not sure what might have been used on your model year .
