Slide-out seals on back order - how to verify this?

My repair dealer says Alliance slide out seals are on back order and I have been waiting for months.
How can I verify with Alliance when the seals will be available.

Email Alliance at service@alliancerv.com. Include your name, phone and the last 5 of your VIN, then ask them to verify the status of a parts order by your dealer.

My dealer ordered a slide out seal for a replacement on my 32RLS this month ... No delays encountered.

I have a 2021 36V11 Valor and I just noticed one of my slide seals (both the flat one and the D seal) have both torn on one side of the couch slide. How do I find out what seals to order as I am in Vermont, camper is permanently installed and no where near a dealer?
