My 2024 Paradigm, bedroom, Accuslide cable system is clicking & moving really slow, I'm concerend it's going to get stuck. I'm traveling across the country with many stops ahead. One side cable feels a little tighter than the other while extended, Any suggestions?

There are a lot of great support videos and information that will familiarize you with the service and operation of the slide.
I would think that you have the EXACT Slide not the Accuslide, but I could be wrong.
I would start by checking your cable adjustment with the slide in.
Loosen the top cables per the video instructions and tighten the bottom ones to 1/4 inch deflection once that is stable, you tighten the top cables to 1/2 inch deflection.
I am afraid your issue is more than cable adjustments, but it is easy enough to check.
My fear is that you are experiencing what I will call is motor gear deflection. One or both motors have been known to have the gear deflect from the housing and it causes it to bind internally and also rub the jam assemble.
I also fear that we are getting ready to head down this road as well, our slide is really starting to groan when it is in operation. It’s not clicking, it is just sounding like the motors are really struggling to move the slide. I am not thrilled with this development, as I just installed a new controller, because it wouldn’t do anything, unless I by passed the controller. Now with it groaning, I am afraid motor replacements are in my near future.
