Severe missed drill holes found next to wheel well on brand-new Delta 291BH delivered Monday, 5/18/26. Concern this could lead to cracking.

Disappointed in the other issue I found on a brand new high end unit. The storage door is not sealed, backsplash in the kitchen has a huge bubble, they advise a 18,000 wt chill cube but mine with the older 15,000 Coleman AC, underbelly not fully sealed. I hope this is not the beginning of a nightmare. I purchased this brand because of its reputation but I’m beginning to think they are just like any other band out there.

Where are the holes relative to the rest of trailer? Generally speaking a hole here or there is of no concern, but 6 holes in a pattern like that would concern me as well. The other issues look easily fixed. Did you accept the trailer? I wouldn't blame you if you didn't.
Yes, they are just like any other brand, with poor workmanship, and built for speed, not quality. On my 262RB, I've repaired numerous small problems including, screws pulling out of the cabinets, broken shelf support, loose wiring on thermostat, stripped screws on outside magnets, etc., etc. Those are all easy fixes, annoying on a new trailer, but it's what expected across all brands. I've owned 5 RVs across three different brands, all of them had these small problems.
Having said that, Alliance is very responsive to repair issues and work with you to make it right, just don't go back to the dealer unless it's something major.

Suspicious why so many holes are drilled with no fasteners but likely not conducive to frame cracking. Also weird is that appear to be drilled from the inside. 🤷🏼♂️ Spray some rust converter on them and seal with a gob of silicone.
Most of what I see would have been evident in even a cursory pre-delivery inspection much less a full PDI. In your profile I see where you said "here to learn", there's your first lesson, sorry.
What other questions, besides the frame crack comment, are you asking?

I don't know if I'd ignore those holes because of their pattern and location, but it greatly depends upon where they on the frame. As general rule, if you need to put a hole in the web of beam, the safest place is usually in center of the web, unfortunately these holes appear to be close to the top. At the very least I'd insist that the Alliance addressed the issue in writing and acknowledge that they or Lippert put the holes there and have them state whether there are or aren't any potential structural issues. If they say the holes pose no risk to the frame, get it in writing and have the rust addressed and maybe plug-up the holes. If they say that there could be a structural issue down the road, have them come up with a solution, like having steel plate welded over the area to reinforce it. Whatever is done I'd want Alliance's engineering to agree and state that it's safe. If they won't put it in writing, I'd insist on another trailer or I'd walk away. This is a brand new trailer and there is no reason why the new owner should assume any risk (however slight) that is associated with those holes. Alliance is responsible, they should assume ALL of the risk.
Get used to loose screws, it is a never ending battle with rv travel. As For rv quality “high end“ vs “lesser models”, pricing is the main difference aside from the “fluff” that you see. They all look impressive when shiny and new, then the reality sets in and then repairs and never ending maintenance begins. Warranty repairs are a joke with wait times and approvals. All manufacturers are really just assemblers of sub par components and materials. Only hope is better customer service, results may vary.
Curious if you are making a warranty claim on that. You should not inherit the risk of corrosion and cracking because of the manufacturer's (or thier sub) mistake.
