FYI The service at Blue Compass in Lexington SC is the worst I have ever been involved in.
Only thing they did was to keep my unit for over 6 weeks and still doing the same thing. If the problem does not jump out and hit them in the face they cant resolve problem.
The team at Alliance was great to get my unit working properly.

Businesses should be striving to earn our business, we can spend our money anywhere. It is up to them to show me that they are worth my time. My first and last impression with these people was very telling about what I could expect had I returned to do business with them. I have never been back. Drove 20 miles further to a smaller local dealer and have been pleased with them. Corporate dealers like rv one or blue compass simply do not care.

We have a great independent RV service company here in San Angelo, TX. The RV Repair Crew has come to my aid several times and they work on nearly any make, model, or type out there. Our experience has been nothing but positive, body work, roof replacement interior issues. They are usually very busy, but even then the time in their shop has usually been very reasonable. If traveling through West Texas and need help, I highly suggest them.

I am sure the quality of service has to do a lot with the local management. A lot of "Blue Circle" dealers are reported to be horrible in the area of service. So far, one of our local RV dealerships, which was bought out by Blue Circle and sells Alliance, still seems to offer pretty good service. Time will tell I guess.

Are you still having issues and is it still at the Blue Compass store or did it all get taken care of by Alliance?

I have a Camping World and a Windish near me in Colorado. Neither is good. I won't bring my RV to either of them again. When we bought our newest RV (375RD), we shopped online and used online reviews and found Parris RV in Payson UT. Our purchase experience was very nice. They definitely took the experience up a notch. We didn't mind driving the extra 500 miles.
We have warranty work starting there at the end of the week. I will update the thread when the work is complete.
