I have a 2023 295MK and the sat coax cable is not working. I have (I think/ not positive) ohmed out the cables except the orange coax. Have no idea where that goes. I think that is the sat cable but if it is I can’t find it. It might be behind the fireplace but I don’t know how the fireplace comes out. Any ideas…. Thanks

With our 310RL, I had a Dish technician come out and "fix" our cable(s). He put in different items (ends/splitter(s)/etc...), and it has been so long now, I am not sure what all he changed out. Basically Alliance is using the cheaper pieces and not necessarily best quality pieces/parts. After getting that done, using the tailgater with wally worked properly and I felt was definitely worth the $.

Prior to our 2025 385 we had a 2019 Fuzion which had similar issues. Along with loose connections, the splitters wouldnt allow DSL to pass through it. Went to Walmart and replaced the splitters and everything was fine after... cheap parts from Keystone then as well.
Which one do you use?
The orange cable goes to the circuit board where the button for the over the air amp is located. I don’t think there is any amp for the sat feed. Omhed the cable from there to outlet on the back side of the tv. That line measures 7.7 ohms. I can’t get to the splitter without removing the fireplace so that will have to wait until I get home in October. I really appreciate all the information from everyone.
