Samsung ice bucket?

We have a Samsung Model RF18A5101SR that does not have an ice bucket/bin in the freezer. We're not 100% sure if it should have come with one. We don't use the ice maker but it might be a handy place to store ice. Does anyone know if the fridge should have had one and if so, how we could get one, our dealer has no clue. LOL

We were recently gifted a Frigidaire with broken door bins and I found replacements on eBay. It was only a few years old, parts broken in transit between homes. I’d look there. Unfortunately Samsung doesn’t really have communication like say GE but if you can’t find the part number try Reddit. Or contact a retailer that sells them, like Best Buy. Or even Home Depot or Lowe’s. It’s hard on the phone - expect being on hold for years 🫤. Maybe someone who has one still has the part number sticker on it. We plan to order ours with 12v. So likely will be a different brand. Good luck.

My Samsung refer did come with an ice bin. I assume yours should have as well. If you're the original purchaser and within your 1 year warranty period, our customer service team may be able to order one for you. Reach out to that team at service@alliancerv.com. Include your name, your phone, the last 6 of your vin and a picture of the data tag from inside the refer.
