RV interior flicker

The RV interior lights flicker when operating our bedroom slide (310RL), is this normal? Even when connected to shore power.

Yes, voltage drop in the 12v system when the slide motors are using current causes the 12v lights to flicker. Same thing will happen with water pump cycling when that is in use. The lights are not connected to shore power.
