I would offer a couple of words of caution here,
1. Reconsider the red loctite in exchange for the blue , the red is much stronger and normally requires heat to help to remove the fastener. The blue should provide plenty of retaining power and will be removable without heat. Personally, I do not consider this a joint that would require the red version. If the instructions say so, so be it, but based on experience with loctite, the blue would be more than enough for tummy comfort in this application.
2. Consider using a soft strap wrench to hold the ram from turning while you torque the bolt into place.
