Removing the 65 inch TV from 2025 385FL

Ok, I have seen somewhere how to remove this tv. First I cant get past my first knuckle to get behind it to do anything. Secondly, I need an HDMI port to connect my Dish satellite.... and a DVD player... want to put at least 1 dongle on it. I also want to check the coax connections for tightness as EVERY other connection was loose in the trailer!
How do I get it off the wall? I red where there was a latch/lock - but I dont think thats correct for this tv.... no way can anyone get a hand behind this... maybe straight up and out?

My 2024 may be different. I turned the TV as far right as I could. Used my phone in reverse to help. Send a picture.

The Alliance Academy link (a whole lot of good info here!!!) for the TV mount document currently points to the electronic level documentation so I am attaching a copy I downloaded a while back. This is from 2022 but should still be applicable.

Tv locked into position tight against the wall. Maybe a half inch gap... I cant get past my first knuckle on my hand... pictures show nothing...

Here is a pic of the tv... you may not be able to tell - but there is no room to even get a finger behind the tv to reach a latch or the ports...
I am in touch with Alliance about it as I need to hook up my satellite receiver so the remote works...

Is there an access panel in either of the side cabinets? Is there any access from below I can see the sides of the tv are impossible? Wonder if Alliance has some kind of latch to keep it in place while traveling.

Just plane stupid, that there is a latch to release, but no way too get to it.

Wait for Alliance to get back with.

Our 22 385 I reached up in the middle underneath and slid the lever sideways and lifted up the tv. It was tight with the finger space but got it

No access on either side through the cabinets.

I have traded 5 or 6 emails with them... even tried to make a tool... to no avail... yet!

Ok - an update - my issue has been passed up within Alliance. I bought an endoscope and now understand the situation better. There is indeed a latch, though unreachable by anyone's hand - 2 bends required in opposite directions! Below is a diagram of the situation with a picture of the lever that pretty tight to the wall. I cant tell the shape of the lever so I am not sure I can even hook it from the right or left side of the tv and I dont know which way it unhooks!
In thinking aboutwhat might have happened - I think the mount was mounted too low or the tv slipped downward on the mount during travel and is now too low to get fingers in.

Well, my first discouraging thing with Alliance. There is no way I can get this tv off without some help. Claiming to not run into this before is interesting as it has appeared several times on these forums... then passing it off to the dealership is not the way to handle this, IMO. They had nothing to do with it and the trailer is not even 2 months old.... not to mention they'd probably need to keep it for a couple weeks...
This is the first time I have felt brushed off by Alliance....

Actually I wrote a positive comment on Alliance customer service here about a week ago. Completely different opinion today. It’s not that repairs will not be made or that they are passing the buck, they will and they are not. The process is very unrefined, communication is disjointed, resolution paths are very unclear. Started out enthusiastically engaging then just dropping balls all over the place. I’m not disappointed as it is what I actually expected in the first place. I believe they will do what’s right in the end but their process really needs attention.

I hope you're right. Even though this is the first issue that I dont feel has truly been addressed for me (out of 3) it definitely feels like the buck is being passed. I have more pics with my endoscope trying to hook the lever and how my fingers cant even get close to reaching the lever! I know I am not the only one with this problem either... there are 9 ports on the back of this tv and NONE are reachable. People still use DVD players, satellite dishes and even games.... but right now, not on this tv. If I am forced into playing with the grandkids... I'll really be pissed!

Here's how far my finger fit up to grab the unlatching lever... and some tools (homemade) I tried as well.. I did manage to hook it with the coat hanger, but couldnt pull it - it slipped off.

Any chance you could use a piece of a wooden dowel rod, cut a slot in it and slip it up on latch. Or notch it out to activate the latch?

I think a piece of 1/16" x 1" flat stock steel with a 90 degree angle with the length just short of the enclosure depth run along the bottom would be stiff enough to free the latch. From the pic I can't tell which direction would release the latch so you might have to try both.

I have bent the coat hanger pulling on it... not even sure I am pulling in the right direction! Battery died on camera, so I had to give it a rest... but I do have flat stock, but I am not sure I can get it to stay hooked - the lever might be curved, or the hook slips off after so much lever movement, I cant tell.
