Removed TV...Now What?

My wife and I have a 340RL, and we never watch TV. We have decided to remove the TV and recover that space. Has anyone done this before? Love to see some ideas on what to do with that space. We are thinking of making some shelves and/or putting our airfryer on one side and our bar (w/ ice maker) on the other side.

I am gonna take out the tv and build a cabinet then mount the tv to the door of the cabinet. Was wondering about any aluminum “studs” I could hit in that wall? I also might redo the silly drawer behind the fireplace
