I don't have your trailer, but...we own a Delta 292RL and our camera wiring was connected to switch on the control panel and it actually turns the camera off and on as it should. We kept forgetting to turn the camera off, so I replaced the little black switch on the control panel with one that lights up blue, so we'd notice when it was on. When I added the new lighted switch to the panel I was shocked at the crazy amount of wire that was shoved behind the panel. It had so much wire in there it that it took me a while to tuck it all in, so I could get the panel back on. As I was doing it the wires (which all had those push on connectors on them) kept coming off the switches and moving about. In my opinion, the techs left way too much wire, they should have shortened them up. It took a while, but I finally got the panel back on.
Its possible that the tech who wired your trailer did the same thing to your trailer. So if you have the camera switch on your control panel it is possible that the wires moved as the techs screwed the panel down and the wires to the camera ended up touching each other or possibly to another hot lead, thus bypassing the switch and causing the camera to be on constantly. If I were you, I'd remove the screws holding the panel to the wall and then very very gently pull the panel back just far enough so that you can see all of the wire connectors. Then make sure that none of the wire connectors are touching each other and everything looks fine. If they are touching, disconnected or not pushed in enough gently reseat them back down so nothing is touching that shouldn't be. If you have a switch on your control panel that says "camera" then it doesn't make sense that camera stays on, something is wrong.
