I'm trying to clean out aerator on the bathroom sink without breaking it. It doesn't seem to want to unscrew there is no set screw that I can see and it is inside the spout which is a solid piece clear up to the valve. All ideas appreciated, thanks

The tip is about 1.5” and unscrews. I had to use a channel lock with a rag to protect the finish.

Ours isn’t the same, requires a little tool that slips into notches in the aerator to unscrew it. Sorry I should have shared this forgot all about it. Thanks for the reply.

Good morning,,,Amazon sells a variety of universal sink aerator wrenches for +/-
$ 20-30. We bought the U shape metal wrench,,,but they also sell 4 way aerator wrenches w 4 different sized internal key setups
