Pin Weights 30RLS or 32RLS

My wife and I are looking at the 30RLS or 32RLS Avenues. Do any of you have real life pin weights? Please indicate if you have a washer, dryer or generator in the front. Also the holding tank status (empty or full etc.) at time of weighing. TIA John

2024 32 RLS with washer & dryer and upgraded Brooklyn Bedding (heavy) mattress. Minimal tanks for travel and half loaded for full-timing. With our Chevy 2500HD, here are our CAT weights:

Steer 5020
Drive 6720 (max 6600)
Trailer 9560
Gross 21340

Drive is 160# over, all others are well within spec.

I'm missing something are you 120# over your rear axle rating?
What are rating are you exceeding by 160#?

What is the payload rating of your truck ? Are you within your payload ratings? 3/4 ton 2500 series trucks are generally payload deficient when it comes to towing a 5th wheel camper.
I'm OK with fudging the payload ratings a bit a little over on payload is OK. But I don't believe in exceeding axle ratings even a little bit.
What's concerning is that I believe you are planning to full time and have not fully loaded your trailer yet but you are already exceeding the axle rating.

I little late to the game, but I recently picked up a 2025 32RLS and the actual pin weight was 2460#. The trailer was completely empty to include the water tanks, no washer/dryer, no options added. The only additional weight was the 2 full LP tanks and an SLA battery. Manufacturer's claimed pin weight is 2000#.

Just to put this in perspective for those thinking about towing with a 3/4 ton truck, my diesel 2023 RAM 3500 long bed rear axle, having a 7000# rating, only has about 800# carrying capacity left. My wife and I were both in the truck along with a little less than 100# of tools, etc. on the passenger floor when weighed. The trailer axles can take on about 2800# more before being overloaded. Interestingly enough, the trailer only added 20# to the steering axle.

2025 32 RLS here too....
Not sure of pin weight...it's coming out too low at 2600....But I have 3 AC's and 20 gal of water a 200AH lithium battery and 40lbs of stuff. But at this rate, maybe a dually will save my butt.

2600 sounds about right when compared to my trailer. There's 140# difference between ours. Where the weight is placed in the trailer in relation to the axles makes huge difference in pin weight. Any additional weight placed behind the trailer axles will actually reduce pin weight slightly.

Your third AC unit is directly above the trailer axles, so adds no pin weight. I'm not sure where the water tanks sit, but are probably right near the trailer axle, so adds little to the pin weight. Batteries and anything else in the front baggage compartment will add most of it's weight to the truck drive axle. So, 140# more sound reasonable to me!
