So we picked up our NEW 32rls and when we got home we realized we didn't have an owner's Manuel! Called our dealer and they said that Alliance doesn't have a hard copy's because of the ongoing updates that happens on models! The did offer a link for a means to view it online! Have any of you folks heard of that and were you able to get a hard copy?

Yes, this is true. Just go on line and down load a copy. That’s what I did.

For our 2025 Model, Alliance sales (Paradigm Line) asked if I wanted a hard copy, which we did, and it was in the rig at delivery. If you'd like one, maybe reach out to the Avenue sales rep.

I too was surprised that we didn't get a printed manual with our new trailer, but I was even more surprised that my 2023 Ford F250 didn't come with one either. When we travel we've got tablets and laptops inside the trailer so using the PDF trailer manual isn't so terrible. Now the truck is another story.... I find it to be a real PITA to use Ford's in the dash manual.

This may be an opportunity to transition and rely on the online documentation. I especially rely on the search function that quickly finds and points to the area(s) of interest.

I was wondering what year model they went to doing that. My 2022 F250 had a manual. Just purchased a 2026 F350 and the manual is in the truck data base and you can pull it up and read it right in the truck. Also went on line and downloaded a copy to my desktop so I can have it there. Does make it easy to serch for things.

on our 2024 Avenue 32 RLS we went ahead and downloaded a manual but it's not complete with everything from a to z inside our rig. for everything else, I just went to the website of the manufacturer and downloaded the instructions and breakdowns made copies of everything and built my own book. so now I have a owner's manual with just about everything I need in it and every manufacturer if I need parts.
