Outlets don’t work

Brought my new 29RL home today. Plugged into shore power, outlets behind TV , on the island don’t work.ones beside the pull out couch work. Didn’t have time to check the others

Hi folks, not sure, are you making a statement here or asking for help?
If asking for help, I will offer the following:
Check the breaker panel for tripped breakers and check your GFI outlets to ensure they are not tripped and just need reset.
Get a outlet tester at the hardware store and plug it into each outlet. It will validate correct wiring or tell you what is wrong (open hot, short, neutral issue or grounding issue).
Don’t forget about outlets in the basement, compartments or outside walls

Weird thing is, they work when on solar. A green light is visible on the island outlet, and it works. On shore power, nope
Solar only provides 12v power (after MPPT controller) to battery and 12v items in RV. Are you talking about when an Inverter is running?

Not sure I fully understand your delima, but if
it works on the inverter and not on shore power, I can think of two possible causes.
1. You have something going on with a transfer switch.
2. These outlets are wired so that are dedicated to the inverter only.

Could it be possible that the transfer switch is set to the wrong dominant source?..

More specifics on your complete systems might help narrow things down.

This is all new to me. I know nothing about electricity. I have a 3200 watt solar power, 2000 watt inverter and the mptt? Thing. There . That’s all I know.

My inverter has to be on to have any outlets work. When on it shows it is on the grid and will charge the batteries, the light for the inverter is not on. First time out with inverter charger installed heck it's the first time out period so I'm learning.

Might be best to contact your dealership or service provider to help work thru your concern.
Or, you could start a case with Alliance Service to see if they can help you based on the details they have on your VIN.

First, you state that you plugged into shore power. What exactly did you use? Did you plug into a 120v 15a receptacle using an adapter or two? You may be missing power to the L1 leg of your breaker panel. You could verify be ensuring all breakers on L1 have power.

Second, You probably have a breaker in your panel that feeds that inverter which could have a loose wire or is tripped. Look for the breaker on the L1 side (left side of the set of breakers). The breaker should be labeled 'Inverter Main' verify it is not tripped.

Third would be the feed wire which is to your inverter and from the power panel. You may need to verify that your inverter has power at its AC input. This is assuming your inverter has a transfer switch. Be careful if a wire is loose or pulled out of a connector you could get a shock. Was this inverter factory installed?

I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. Agree with others, sounds like one of the GFI outlets needs to be reset. They're in the bathroom(s). My issue was one of the connections that provide power to the inverted was loose. Is your inverter running at all?
