Hello folks,

I am looking for any information as to how to remove the generator control panel to get access to the drain plug. I removed (2) from 8mm from the front, but someting is still connected. I can't remove from mount location. Any ideas?

Yeah. I watched this, but I do not have side brackets like in this video. I have (2) front bolts and something at the bottom (which I can't see) is keeping me from extracting the unit.

Try this, it has a process that doesn’t reference removing the panel.

You can access the drain plug without removing control panel. The instructions on the YouTube video said you had to remove two screws (left & right) on bracket. Mine was installed differently.

I don't recall removing any control panel when I changed mine or any funny business at all. There should be a removable cover on the bottom facing the ground to access the drain.
