Norcold 20 DCIMSS Question

Inside the refrigerator at the top is a vent, can anyone confirm that air should be flowing out of this vent? When I open the door I hear something stop running in the back and it starts back up when I close the door. I don't feel any air movement from the vent inside the fridge.
Some sites I read says the fridge gets it cold from the freezer, moving air up from below. Just trying to see if maybe I have a bad fan not moving air to the refrigerator section.

Looking at the exploded view, there appears to be a fan up/back there.
I have attached the Service Manual in case it might be helpful to you.

The frig and freezer are 2 seperate units. They do not share any cooling. I had that same issue with the compressor stopping when I opened the door. That was the main reason I am now on my 4th frig.

You can see both of the compressors in the image below...one for Frig...one for Freezer

Your fridges (previous 3). Couldn’t be repaired? Or is it policy to swap them out while under warranty?
