My Norcold model N15DCSS, 12 volt dc model, is not cooling properly. Normally it takes about 4 hours to get to desired temperature. Today the freezer has gotten to 5 degrees in that time period but the fridge section is in the 50’s. Normally the fridge will get down to about 34 degrees in the same time period. I did notice there is some ice crystals on the inside back wall of the refridgerator. There is a vent at the top of fridge section that I believe should be blowing cold air and cooling the fridge, but it is not. Any ideas about where to look for a fix.
