If it is like our Paradigm, there is a fuse at the refrigerator. Ours is at the base of the fridge

Hope this helps,
Bruce

Checked all around no Fuse no power.

Thanks Jeff
It might be helpful if you shared the model of the refrigerator. As Bruce said most of the Paradigms have two fuses at the bottom one for the fridge one for the freezer . You should be able to check for power there. If you find the fuse and have no power on the supply side of the fuse, you will need to trace the wires back to the breaker panel to locate your issue. Remember these are 12 volt DC so be sure your checking the blade fuses in the distribution panel.
You also need to validate that you have a ground as well.
If your refrigerator is in a slide, be sure to check the wires that move in and out with it.

I know it's a month later, but I'm just seeing this thread with no resolution. You state that the breaker isn't tripped, and the GFCI isn't tripped. These are 120VAC devices. The fridge is 12VDC, correct? You need to check the fuses, as noted by Bryan.

Has this been fixed? Let us know!
