Just took our new 25RL out last friday may 1, got back to day. we discovered once we got to the camp grpund NO AC power on the two inside recepts on under the corner cabinet, 1 under the table and the one on the outside of the side. all three dead. check to ensure the gfci circuit breaker was not popped.
shut it off and back on again. no joy. since no wiring diagram is in manual, wife and i did one plug in at a time to verify all the others were working, and which circuit breaker they went to. so it appears GCFI breaker #1 is either bad or wire is broke disonnected not diggin into it until I see wiring diagram. will deal with it, if it is just a circuit breaker or bad recepticle. if other then it is going back to the dealer service dept for warranty work.

can any one help with wiring diagram. sent email to alliance service waiting on response. I do not know if they will answer. we traded in our 10 year old open range 297 RL for this one open range was Great for support and response. hope alliance is also.
So hoping for help

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your purchase!
The standard response from Alliance is that they will not provide wiring diagrams.
We all are disappointed with that response.

Did you happen to check and reset the actual GFI outlet button?

thanks for the information looks like i might be doing it the old fashion way with mulitmeter at circuit breaker out long leg cables, if continutiy good, then have to figure out where in the circuit is a bad connection on the outlet box, if i knew which 110 outlet to start for back tracking the legs to the circuit breaker legs would help

Sounds like you have experience with a Multimeter and the skill set to use it.
I would offer a suggestion that an outlet tester@ 20.00 at Lowes might be helpful and speed things up a little. It will help you understand if your focus need to be on the line or neutral side of the circuit.

If you ensure the coach is completely dead of all 120v. You certainly can use your meter to ring circuits out and figure out the path back to the panel.

Also as you likely know, check all of you dead outlets, if you find one that only has one set of wires that would be the end of the run.

Congratulations on the new rig! Alliance isn't perfect in their customer service but they'll take care of you and make sure it gets resolved.

In the base of the corner cabinet will be an access cover that can be removed by taking out a couple of screws. Underneath that access cover is what I would call a junction box. I believe that box is the connection point for the outlets that you say are dead. It is possible a wire became disconnected there. Good luck!

for some reason could not get logged in with the BECKGAM462 acct. so created this one to continue....

issue resolved BY RV STATION Lorena TX Dealer ( my praises to this dealer). The Service manager said when to bring it in the next day ( Saturday) and said they would inspect it, and identify the issue with in 72hours. Right on time, not even 72 hours and we were notified it was ready for Pick up. As I said it was under the cabinet in right corner by the couch, the slide going out pulled the white and ground wire out of the connector. they accessed it by cutting a L shape cut on the weather frame cover, about 12-18 inches. . They added 18In of Romex cable with connectors to allow more flex, then Eterna bond 4in wide under belly tape over the cuts on the under belly cover. This is the first Dealer, I have contacted or used that I would Highly Recommend!!
We have been Avid RV weekend warriors users since 2003. We have dealt with a lot of different service departments. This place may sell a lot of RV, but their Service Department is Fantastic. no hidden fees, 90% of all normal services & cost are listed inside the building for bearing, grease/ cleaning , all listed no surprises, They have also all the large type replacement parts are listed as cost, and then again installed price... so there are no surprise sticker shock when you go to leave.

Definity NOT Blue Compass's.

Will post an updated manually added to the 2024 paradigm schematic for the 25RL, as I have traced all the 110V wiring in the rig and connections

All I will add is don't smear Blue Compass's. too much. Be a little more specific as there are some bad and some good but not all Blue Compasses are sorry.
Happy Glamping!
