I have a new 40v13 and looking at the tireminder i10 system. Used a smaller tireminder on a pull behind. Liked it. Was wondering if putting the booster in the battery compartment works ok. Wondering if anyone has tried this booster location.

I have a 310 which I believe is shorter, on left front jack and wired transmitter up through the hole in battery box and it works fine. Did not know if wall of battery compartment would interfere.

Tireminder booster on the roof of our front compartment works great. I wired it to the hot side of the compartment light.
FWIW — I’m just now needing new batteries in the sensors after 2 years.

We have a 44V14 and I had the booster in the battery compartment without issue. Sometimes takes a few minutes to load up all the readings but it hasn't failed us.
