Thinking of hitting the east coast for a week or two in the Feb/March time frame. Any recommendations for campgrounds in the area (or just as importantly, ones to avoid)? We have friends in the West Palm area, so Stuart would be convenient.

I'm not a good resource for that info I'm afraid as we've not ever camped in the area. We have a home there. I will report back anything I learn between now and then.
