Hello everyone, We purchased a 2026 Paradigm 340RL with super solar plus package in June and we love it. We've been camping multiple times and look forward to going full time in 2027 when I retire. We love our new camper and happy we bought it. Only major issue I had in the beginning was the inverter was not working. The dealer was no help so I emailed and called Service@Alliance and they did help me get the inverter working, but the monitor panel also was not working correctly. I was thinking of making appointment to take to a dealer for warranty work, but it seems to fix itself when I was at a campground. We had a 2 minute power outage and it worked since. Not sure what happened, maybe it reset?. I will keep an eye on it. Not trying to cause problems or get anyone in trouble, but when I was talk to service case manager to fix power monitor panel he thought it was loose connection and he told me to pull the cover panel for circuit breaker box but when I did, it cracked. He said he would resend me another one, but its been 2 month and no panel. I emailed and got no reply. I called and reminded him 3 weeks ago. I emailed again a week ago. I called today and left message no one answered again. This is not a huge issue that's keeping me from using camper, but it seems like getting me a new panel should not take months. I also would appreciate a call back or email. Only other issues are minor. rear window daytime shade bottom bar fell off as soon as I brought it home from dealer, and toilet seal does not seal so toilet bowl not holding water. I guess I will have to replace seal myself.
Once again, I am overall very happy with my new camper and I expect some minor issues with any camper as it is being used or brand new. We are very excited and look forward to many years of traveling and camping. Sorry for the long saga, Thanks, Tod
