Just brought a 2026 Alliance Delta ML266. As of now it seems on of the best travel trailors I have had in 40 years of camping. Any hints on keeping that way. My only question for now is about the tankless water heater and at what low temp should I get nervous about freezing??

Welcome!! Suggestions on keeping that way? Just be very aware of your surroundings. Look for things all the time. Worst thing, IMHO is to let things accumulate and not fix as they go wrong. Keep on top of things.
The tankless water heater freezing? Good question. I would think if you get below freezing point for a day or more, I would make sure it is winterized. It is a very simple process to do yourself. It is exposed on the side and if not used would cool off and become susceptible to freezing. I don't camp when it's that cold. I winterize and do the tankless heater also. I just open the pressure relief valve on the heater and when pink stuff comes out, close it. Problem solved. We went thru a hard freeze here in N Texas in January and had not problems when we went camping.

Congratulations on your purchase, welcome to the forum. Not sure if the full context of your ask around the tankless water heater.

However, if it is unrelated to storage and in the context of in use, check you owners manual for the heater. Many have logic built into them that cycle the heater at a certain temperature to help prevent freeze up while in use.
Most, that I am aware of are propane only, so your fuel supply becomes more critical for a given camping situation.
