New 31T13 Owner

Glad to be a member. We have great hopes for this RV. Bought it used, so far small issues but expected that. One question it is a 2023 and in the bedroom it has a bed that raises to make the close of the slide. In this case there was some damage prior owner had a giant mattress that didn't fold and causes a problem with the close. My question is what was the normal OEM supplied solution, I presume a folding mattress and some way to gold the bed base up. Can anyone help me here.

Welcome and congratulations. While I am not familiar with that model, certainly a split or folding mattress would have to be used to avoid slide operation clearance issues.
Hopefully someone with the same or similar model will chime in on this one.
The other option would be to call Alliance direct and ask them your question. Have your VIN handy if you make the call.

Thank you very much. I will do exactly as you suggest after Labor Day. I'm looking forward to some of the mods and making to the trailer and getting to use it. Glad to be part of the family.
