Purchased this rv 2 weeks ago. We are still setting it up and getting ready for our first camp trip. This may be a crazy question but how do a get the packing out of the outside griddle/grill. Do I put the legs on it? Just don't want to break it.

mikeyj,,,good morning,,,found this should help your question,,,do not have a grille now but similar to a cafe grille we had in the past,,,,go to Alliancerv.com,,,under the Delta brand name is an Owners manual,,,on page 177 they explain how to unpack your grill & have a video of how to connect your gas propane. No legs mentioned,,,it appears to be a locked slideout ”drawer/ support w locking bar near your gas valve That keep the grille from moving,,,,mebbe there is also another you tube video explaining the process if you google it Not very good at getting links posted to make this easier,,,, hope this helps. 👍🌞🍀!

i had the same problem with my grill. That's a lot of packing and I still found more after my first cook..oops

one other thing i learned to do is to find something to support the barn door on the bed side while traveling. The darn door is hanging on plastic sliders and the door adjustment rod will strip out the plastic and the door will fall. Don't know who decided that hanging a 20ish pound door off plastic was a good idea
