Need Help! No 12v After Victron Install

Paradigm 340rl built 98/2023 with factory Renogy brand upgraded solar, 3 12v/100ah batteries, solar charge controller, inverter, dc/dc charger. There are 2 breaker panels; 1 is main where 120v comes in and the 2nd is the Intellitronix Energy Management breaker sub panel. There is 1 separate 12v fuse panel.

The Victron installer removed all the Renogy equipment and kept only 2 of the Renogy 12v batteries since our solar is now a 24v system. After the install, the majority of the LED lights will not come on, the 12v fridge has no power, vents have no power, bedroom 12v slide has no power and no 12v power for the generator to start. And, unsure if it’s related, the hydraulic pump for the disc brakes will suddenly switch on. 12v power must be disconnected so it shuts off.

The Intellitronix control panel/monitor has no power.

Both sub panels have 120v and the 12v fuse panel has power.

So the installer is trying to figure out why we are missing power. Need some brain storming to and find the solution. I have submitted help to Alliance and waiting for them to contact me. I am hoping this is a simple issue where a power cable was not reconnected and he can’t find it. Thx

Would love to help, but more information and even pictures before and after would be needed to comment accurately.
What kind of Victron equipment was being installed, at 10,000 feet it would appear a 12 volt buss bar feed is missing. Only a guess at this point.

This is why the extra details are important. What part of your system is now 24 volts? Or did you just remove a battery that was hooked up in parallel.

What are the design elements of your new system?

Sorry, more questions than answers at this point.

Short reply, the 24v is purely power supply; 2 Multiplus II 3000w inverter, DC charger for 12v…..So WOW to the reply to ask for a refund and state the installer doesnt know what they are doing when you do not even know the installer. People forget how bad and inconsistent RVs are built.
To me it seems like Alliance probably wired it up a weird way and that’s my issue. Also, this all started because power cables started shorting out so I figured I would get a fresh start with some one that takes pride in their work and does it correctly no matter how long it takes.
But I really love my Paradigm, not being sasrcastic….

I’m out until I can get better details on the issue. My rig is over an hour away

Any specific’s on the model of the DC Charger?
Am I following correctly, that you are now starting with a 24 battery voltage supply, that is now feeding 2 inverters and a DC/DC charger to feed the 12 volt items on your coach?

I read this as you have a 2023 Alliance. That means is worked for ~3 years with the factory install.

You then wrote "after the install, the majority of the LED lights will not come on, the 12v fridge has no power, vents have no power, bedroom 12v slide has no power and no 12v power for the generator to start."

That leads me to believe the installer did in fact make errors during their install process. You're right, I don't know the installer, but if something was working before they did their work and then you have almost zero power to your RV and you know have random disc brake controller issue, does in fact lead me back to the installer.

For your disc brake controller. Is yours a Dexter actuator? I had mine stop working in Feb of this year and it turned out to be a bad ground. You can look at page 12 and 13 of this manual to follow their trouble shooting section. Worked great for me...just had to create a new ground. You might have a short close to Dexter and it is sending 12v power through short and tripping controller to come on.
