Nautilus Tank fill/Flush Mod for front panel connection

So this is what I did to eliminate having to switch a hose back and forth and perhaps increase the water volume due to the downsizing of the valve. I just used it last trip and it worked amazing. However, I am sure many would be concerned with the black tank aspect of this setup. So I throw this out for all to throw in their thoughts in the ring as to why this may be a bad idea. I can always add a check valve on to the Black tank side. Since the black tank lines are not pressurized, I felt as though the valves at the manifold are good enough, as long as I close the fresh water side when flushing black tank. You may not see it, but I have a flow meter at the hose connection. The hoses are for a hot & Cold water connection for a washing machine.

WHOA NELLY! NEVER MIX YOUR DRINKING AND SANITARY WATER CONNECTIONS!

It'd be like eating Lasagna with your bare hands after using single ply at shady vault toilet! 😆

Protip: You're potentially contaminating your drinking water supply. The fresh water will suck the black tank flush water right back out and into your drinking water. The only saving grace is that the tank sprayer has not likely been fully submerged (yet) unless the tank is 100% full. Bad JuJu all around and may make the whole crew sick!

Recommendation: Bleach soak that 4-way hose adapter (Or Buy a New One!) Designate runs for your Potable Water and Flush Hose. (I do #1 Drinking Water & #3 for Tank Flush from Left). Then use Quick Connects for Both (Mark Them So You Don't Mix them Up!) Meanwhile, you have a 3rd hose for Random Washing (Truck/Camper/Self) AND a 4th (FAr End Opposite of Potable Water for the quick washing/rinsing of hands. I keep a spray bottle of Dawn and some bleach handy in the Wet Side Storage...

Anyways best of luck and I hope you haven't learned the hard way on this one!
