2024 Alliance 385Fl

I have a Insignia Microwave Model NS-OTR16558Q.

The clock goes out, if you open the door it comes back on, those the same thing with vent fan and light. Stays on about a minute, then off.
Power is good on shore power, no other AC problem in unit.

Anyone seen this?

Have not seen that problem, but we had to switch ours out due to the door latching anymore. We got a replacement at Best Buy, which is where the stuff comes from initially.

You should email Alliance tomorrow morning (Monday the 30th) and let them know the problem. You're 2024 is still under warranty and they might just cut you a check to get a new one on your own...they are only $129 at Best Buy
