We have a new 2025 Paradigm 395DS. Please someone explain this macerator toilet. Hardly been used and gauge says full.

Hi Becky,
The sensor can be a pain. You can remove the sensor leads from the control module and it works like a champ. Just be sure to monitor your black tank normally through your main tank indicators. We read other posts that used this method. You can find other posts with pictures of the control module that shows the sensor lead wire location. It is marked on the module very well. Now you just need to find the location of the module on the 395DS. Ours is a 385FL and was located in the rear basement storage area.
