Macerator toilet operation

We have a 2024 Paradigm 385FL with a macerator toilet(Sanimarin). Does anyone know the proper way to use the control panel. There is an Eco button, a Normal button and an Empty button.

Anyone with this toilet that can share their experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Bruce.

Grassjohn,

Thanks for the link. We are going out next week and wanted to be sure we understand the operation.

After reading the operation in the installation manual, we are still not sure this thing is working right. Just to test it we pushed the normal button, the pump starts and runs but the water does not evacuate. Same with the ECO button. If we press the Empty button, water is added and then we push Normal it appears to evacuate. We followed the instructions to max the time and water level. Still does not seem right. Anyone have any idea about what might be wrong?
Thanks,
Bruce

Hey Bruce, we have the Sanimarin in our Paradigm. The best way that we got it to flush effectively is to hold the “empty” button to fill it with more water then press either “eco” or “normal” depending on the use. Either way, filling it with more water seems to help it flush better

Thanks for the follow up. That is how we are getting by with it now, still does not seem to be the right way to operate.

The only issue we’ve had is that the motor got a little “bogged down” one time and kept blowing fuses when you’d flush it. I wound up changing its 15 amp fuse for a blade-style 15 amp breaker. Since then, It hasn’t done it again. 🤷🏻‍♂️
