We needed to replace our Insignia oven because the thermocouple went bad and there wasn't any parts available to repair it. I checked, Alliance parts checked, my extended warranty company checked. No parts for the Insignia available.
I purchased a Lusso which is what Alliance is now installing. Low and behold, the two units are twins with the exception of the nameplate and lights buttons.
The oven flame will go out unless I leave the door cracked for quite a while. If I open the door just a crack, I can see a visible difference in the size of the flame. This leads me to believe there's not enough air getting into the oven box to keep the flame going. There has to be a hole or slit somewhere that allows fresh air in for combustion, but I can't find it.
