Loveland RV Resort

My wife and I have stayed here twice in 2023 so far. The staff are fabulous. From the time you arrive you can expect friendly, thoughtful service. If you arrive before closing (usually 5pm) expect an escort to your pad site with parking assist. The maintenance staff pick up trash at least twice daily, and are very helpful at getting hooked up, and answering general questions.

The park has 30 and 50 amp service, water, sewer and wifi (though we found it spotty at best). Most sites are pull-through and large RV friendly. Pets are welcome and anything more than 2 is a $3 fee per pet.

They have a club house, pool, bathrooms, laundry services, a dump station, mini-golf, a playground and a fenced in dog walking area!

Be sure to ask for your military, AAA, or Good Sam discount when you call. Be aware, however, that you will have better luck booking short-term stays on short notice. Weekly and monthly stays are sometimes on a waiting list.

The park is centrally located off of I-25 on HWY 34 in Loveland Colorado. Within 5 miles there are plenty of restaurants, big-box retailers (Walmart, Lowe's, Sam's Club, Costco, Target etc.), Sporting goods stores, pet stores, and fuel stations!
You'll also be within an hour or so from some of Colorado's best natural treasures. Rocky Mountain National Park is usually opened on Memorial Day weekend. Museums, sculpture gardens, State parks, hiking trails, boating, fishing and biking are literally minutes away. Estes Park, the Peak-to-Peak highway, Nederland, and high-country exploring are only a few miles away!
