Location of Leveling Sensor

Hey Lantley,
Generally speaking the front sensor is in the front compartment on the ceilng, and the rear one is behind the rear axle.
You will need to cut an access hole or take down some of the underbelly to access it. It is possible that it has come loose from its mount.

When we had ours fixed on our 385FL, Bryan is right, ot was in yhe middle behind the rear axle.
There was a piece of underbelly already cut out and screwed in place like where the dump valves are. One of the screws had vibrated loose and the tech screwed a slightly larger diameter screw in place, worked great since.

Not sure how this one works but on a prior RV, there where instructions on how you "Zero" your unit. You have to get it level by whatever means you deem necessary and then your "calibrate" your unit. Not sure if the Lippert unit has this ability.

It sure does. Once you establish level, there is a “button dance” that you complete on the controller with it tuned off.
Just to follow up . I found rear leveling sensor. Its located behind the axles in front of spare tire.
Directly above factory installed sewer hose storage tube.
The good news is the sensor was secured properly. The bad news is I was hoping a loose sensor was my problem.
After finding the sensor was OK, I decided to kill 12 volts power to everything.
I unplugged from the pedestal and disconnected the negative terminal from my battery.
Left things off for 30 seconds or so.
Hooked everything back up and my leveling system functioned properly.
My original issue was front of trailer was dropping to the ground and getting an error code.
It appeared that the trailer was as low as it could go but the system wanted it to go even lower and it got an error code.
In the end, a cutting all 12 volt power reset solved my issue.
System reset and is working OK....fingers crossed!

Lantley, thanks for the update, do you happen to recall the exact error message?
Bryan I did not catch/read the full error message. I was too quick to press enter to acknowledge error.
I sort of panicked. Because the RV was trying to lower itself beyond its limits, I was afraid it was going to cause damage so I quickly hit enter to stop everything ...beeping etc. After the fact I was kicking myself for not fully reading the error message

I understand, I would have probably have had to change my underwear 😂
Mine would not level, so I tried the "Button Dance" to zero it out. My screen then went blank. I had to reset the unit, by pulling the 12V power from the unit. It fixed my problem instantly. It involves, simply removing a connector from the module. In my case it was on the ceiling in my front hatch. Here is the "Button Dance" for those who want to try it

I considered removing power from the control panel. But the control module was not as easily accessible as the battery.
I was also concerned with blowing a fuse in the process or some other unintended consequence, so I decided to kill the power via the battery.
It all worked out.
